"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Every team member we encountered was helpful and attentive. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every single day, which made our stay even more relaxing. The amenities were excellent and everything felt clean and organized. I am so glad we chose this hotel for our trip to Singer Island. My son had the best winter school break, and that means everything to me. If we return to Singer Island, this will definitely be our place to stay again! "

"Staff was very nice especially at the pool/beach and bar. We loved our spacious room and view. We did not use the spa. Coffee bar was delicious and cute. Loved the fresh juices. We would revisit this hotel. Room for improvement: The breakfast was delicious but food service was a little slow. Room cleaning staff was very slow and not timely, but they got it done. "

"Lovely apartment, if I had a really cool friend her apartment would look like this. I very much appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, soap and conditioner, which was very convenient since I flew here and didn’t bring any. It seems like they really think about the comfort of the guests and try to provide everything to make a pleasant stay. For example, there was a full bag of ice in the freezer so my friend and I could just settle down right away and fix a couple of drinks. When I saw the reviews for this place, I was thinking, “well I don’t think it could be as good as everybody saying,” but it really is. Also very clean. Fun fact: I stayed at the very expensive Marriott half a block away in November and I like Fernando Flats much better. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and it is open to everyone. "
