Rooms were not cleaned. Hairs everywhere and one of our 2 rooms had broken glass. Bugs were dead on the ground upon arrival. I was told that “a refund would not be guaranteed because the property was fully booked”. I witnessed another party leaving saying they could not stay there either. I will update about a refund. Coffee was good.

2 rooms for me & my parents for 2nights. There is no AC in hallways/elevator. Continental breakfast was so bad that we opted to go to a brunch spot for breakfast the next day. No one in my group enjoyed it. Pool was dirty looking &no guest in it. Rooms were serviced, however they did not refill the toilet paper rolls that started off as only a half roll nor did they leave any extras. In the morning the person who answered the phone at the front desk named Serenity was asked by me for a roll of toilet paper. She said "yeah you can come get it" then when I told her I wasn't dressed she just hung up the line unexpectedly& didn't offering any other options to retrieve the toilet paper. I called back asked her name & for a manager and she stated there weren't any available. I asked when do the cleaning persons come in she said not till after 9am. She hung up again. Very rude service. Staff need to be more courteous and accommodating. She was then observed on my way out playing on her cell phone not paying attention while guest were coming and going out the hotel not acknowledging them or welcoming as they entered or exited. Also at night there was no one at the front desk, however a female worker was sitting outside smoking across the pathway. When returning Thurs evening May 9th police activity was at front door& dogs that were held by the hotel staff were barking as we entered the property. Something unsafe going wrong &the Manassas police department was called to the hotel.

It was an average hotel, the pictures make it look a little better than what it is but it was overall a decent place to stay and I (a solo female traveler) did not feel unsafe. My only complain is that there was a constant smell of weed, if that’s your cup of tea great but it’s not mine. Hotel breakfast was subpar.

The staff was all super friendly with the exception of the lady working this morning at the front desk. I booked 2 nights with this hotel for the indoor pool access. The pool was so cold i as a mountain person would relate it to creek water. Read reviews after this and saw the pump has been broken for a year. My 4 year old son shivering asking to stay in the pool because he wanted to swim so bad. I would have never bought the rooms if i had known the pool was not warm enough for my son to swim in. The remote to the tv in our room was not working either. I took it to the lady at the front desk the day before yesterday and she was so helpful. She got the remote to work on another tv and clocked out. However the remote still did not work on our tv. She said it may have been the tv instead so she offered to switch our rooms. It would have inconvenienced us to switch rooms at this point being our second day there just for a remote. So we asked if she could ask the manager for a slight discount. She delightfully said she could at least ask. (Again this lady was so so wonderful and made me feel heard with my concerns). Check out day i went to ask the front desk about any potential relief for the remote not working since we did not want to switch rooms. The lady this morning made me feel like a huge inconvenience. She said there is no way they would ever compensate over a remote. No I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Just a dry thats your problem attitude.

Worst motel I ever stayed at
This hotel needs a major remodeling. The walls were all marked up and dirty, drapes on the windows in my room were missing, furniture was very worn. My room was not cleaned on Sunday and my toilet got clogged and they offered me a plunger and wanted me to unclog it., which I became very upset with them and told them to call someone to unclog it. The breakfast was terrible and I never tasted such bad coffee in my life. I will never stay at a LaQuinta hotel again. I do plan on calling their corporate phone number and filing a complaint.

It was a dog friendly location. I have no problem with that as I am an animal lover. However they allowed large dogs as well. There were a couple pit bulls. The room next to us had a large dog who barked until late at night and started in again before 6 the next morning. They offered to move us to another room at 1030 PM on our 3rd night. We would have had to move our other room as well which had an 85 year old mother. They could have moved the dog which was the problem. They didn't really care about the problem. Would not recommend this hotel. Not sure I will stay in another with the same name.

The staff left much to be wanted when I checked in. Their reader was broken and I couldn’t use my Phone to pay. (My card had been hacked that morning) Woman at check in I guess her family or friends were staying and smoking pot and cigarettes outside the main door. I had to fetch her. The room didn’t smell clean and the carpets felt strained. Tub bottom was dark, as well as staining on the bedding. People left their food bags in the hallway and were smoking pot and other things. Kid ran up and down the hallway one night.
