"We requested more towels-twice… none ever came. We called ahead to request rooms near each other - only to be told upon checkin that rooms were automatically assigned. Milk was spoiled at breakfast both days.Not happy at all that I used my complementary Marriott night only to be assigned to a room that smelled of smoke!!! But the big gripe - the only one and it is trivial - is that the handle on the entry door has to be turned UP to get entry, and nobody told us that. So after trudging and dragging suitcases all the way to the room, and making repeated tries to gain entry, I ended up leaving my Wife in the hall with all our stuff while I went back to the desk to learn to turn it UP.
