Unfortunately, when coming to the property, cleanliness is just not there carpet is dirty roaches just wasn’t a good experience. I had to keep all the lights on to keep the roaches away. I won’t be staying here again. The staff was very very nice though.

Rooms filled with cockroaches - saw about 5 of them and took pictures of them and shared with both Expedia and with hotel staff. Neither Expedia nor hotel staff cared. I requested to speak with a manager multiple times to which they said they would call me and never did. Disgusting. Each time I brought up our issue to Expedia, they told me they could not cancel or refund our stay and told me to talk to the hotel. And every time I'd talk to the hotel and they would tell me to talk to Expedia. What a joke. Never staying here or using Expedia ever again.

With the walls a brick facade, and the doors painted the same color as doors in a jail, the pkace was depressing overall. The carprt in the room was damaged.

The facility had wiring issues that was not told to us so we counld not use the refrigerators and microwaves that were in the room. The water pressure was bad. The room smelled damp. Definitely will not recommend staying here.

Realmente al llegar un ambiente de inseguridad con personas corriendo a todo lado los afroamericanos con venta de droga y prostitutas adentro en las gradas realmente súper desagradables y las gradas un asco suciedad y no había agua caliente para bañarnos realmente estos decepcionada y un ruido de puertas que no se puede dormir y también. Me sacaron 126 de depósito lo cual jamás lo dijeron y esa mal calidad de hotel no vale la pena desepcionante ! Y gente haciendo ruido afuera del hotel de que forma se puede descansar policía afuera por la delincuencia en el Hotel incluso la señora de front desk se secreteaba con estos sujetos en complicidad que horror

The staff was awesome.. as for the clientele that hangs around.. well its to be desired.. the cops were there at least 2 different times... that i saw anyway. Im sure there were some drug deals going down as well as people tripping on god knows what in the lobby. People were out in the hallway where our room was located from early in the am and at night.i definitely did not find myself safe at all during the time that we stayed.

Our room was near a 2nd floor exit and doors were opening and closing all night. When we arrived at the hotel, I felt like some “funny business” was going on. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We just heard a ton of noise all night and did not get a good night of sleep.

Not a good experience.
The lobby had a smell. Is the room looked old and worn as did the whole property. The bedspread was dirty but covered up by the coverlet... really? There were roaches in the bathroom. I was very disappointed but it was too late when I arrived to complain or move to a different motel.
