"Hotel staff were so lovely, even though I was so rude; I felt terrible. Room was a little awkward with the sink outside the bathroom. The only downside is the location - in a dusty backstreet, far away from everything"

"Room was nice but definitely need more attention to cleanliness as there was still a lots of hair left in the toilet from the previous guest, so the question is what is actually the cleaning standards and if anyone is checking the rooms before check in. Area itself is a bit far away from the city centre."

"Newish hotel that is oddly located in a neighborhood. Once you are inside, however, the Pristine Hotel is warm and cozy, the staff always present and helpful, and the room was impeccably clean and comfy. Let's not forget the included breakfast, which offers enough variety to satisfy anyone's palate. It's about a 20 min walk to the Ala Too Square, but with easy availability of Yandex taxis, not to mention it's super safe to walk around, even late at night, the location is relatively convenient. All in all, I highly recommend the Pristine Hotel!"
