Housekeeping staff were very polite and accommodating to my needs. Just overall very pleased with the customer service. The restaurant staff were also some of the best I’ve come across in Bahrain.

We were given a suite on the 29th floor with multiple windows…some facing the harbor and some facing the skyline of the city. The views were breathtaking! Moreover, our full buffet breakfast was delicious with many sweet and savory international dishes including made to order omelets and a wide variety of European and Middle Eastern breads! A perfect home away from home!

This hotel was great, our room was like a small apartment and it even has a balcony. The whole staff was super friendly. The lounge has chicha, drinks and tables by the pool as well as inside. The pool was amazing. There are a lot if food places walking distance from the hotel, but if you want to go far there is a taxi station literally next to the hotel.

Room and hospitality was spot on, as well as the food selection there and near by. Sleeping on floor 7 was NOT good, as the club music is on floor 6 and you hear every beat through the walls until closing time of 2/3 am if you are in your room! Not a problem at all if you are out of your room for the night life.

Nice hotel at Juffair area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Staff are welcomingand helpful. Only couple of issues: Parking are always crowded and congested. also, I have asked for non smoking rooms, they gave me a room with smoking smoking odor in it.

FAISAL was our favorite employee here!

The best part of our stay was Faisal that was attending the car park lot. Every day as we went in and out of the parking, he was there with a great smiling face and waving “hello” to greet us. I hope he will see this review so he knows how much we appreciated how much his smile really brightened our days! We stayed there during the Christmas period. Aside from that, all of the staff were friendly and helpful from the cleaning teams, the restaurant staff and the front desk. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable beds; and had nice features such as great storage space both in the bedrooms and the kitchen. It also had a full size washing machine. We had a beautiful sunrise view over the water. The location has several quick food spots, supermarket and pharmacy just around the corner. The Juffair Center was very close for restaurants as well. It is a great hotel for families, and also had a small but nice indoor and outdoor pool and lounge chairs on the terrace. Overall the hotel was very comfortable and provided a nice stay for our time there. The price was good for the value.

The stay was not like before and I have stayed in this hotel many times. When I arrived at 3pm there were no staff to help with my luggage as the receptionist watched and clearly seeing that I had a lot of baggage. Staff was ok but not as friendly and welcoming as I have experienced before.
