Excellent hotel with professional staff

The first time I m staying in onyx hotel in Bahrain. I was surprised by its confort and professionalism of its staff. Special thanks to George and Taher at the reception. They were very professional and helpful. Also big thanks goes to Bader at the luggage concierge for his support. Finally I would like to thank the Tunisian lady at the restaurant for her assistance.

clean room, great service, great view but north facing so when the sun is low in the sky ( ie in november when we went) the pool is in shade which can get a bit chilly. Imagine it is beautiful in summer. Spa has sauna and steam which is usually quiet so feels very personal and calm. would use again
