Astonishing location

An excellent week’s stay - the bay view room was superb in all respects - the immediate access to to the Boardwalk, Mall and cinema was hugely advantageous - lunch and breakfast in the restaurant were excellent - the valets and staff were extremely helpful - a highly recommended experience - super value for money - we loved the chilled vibe and sense of real luxury

Hilton Garden inn Bahrain super location and facil

Hotel location absolutely ideal to explore the island. Added advantage that lift from lobby straight to avenues mall where there is a huge selection of food shops and other shops all very reasonably priced. Hotel pool and gym excellent. Even had a free laundry room with dryers only requiring purchase of detergents - what else can one ask for. Valet parking also available for those choosing to hire a vehicle - free car parking.

What a view

An amazing hotel. Staff are super friendly, pool staff, house keeping and reception. Room was perfect, spacious clean and super comfy bed. View was totally amazing from all windows and pool. Pool was lovely, perfect temperature. We could only eat in the room during the day because of Ramadan, the buffalo wings were amazing. It's connected to the shopping centre that has a lovely walk way. Has a little shop for snacks. This was our favourite hotel out of four we stayed in.

The staff were friendly and check in was fast. The room was wide and comfortable. The toilet bidet was not clean. The next day they swiped the toilet floor with a towel that smelled very bad. The Avenues mall has a supermarket near the hotel. I wish they keep families in separate floors than solo travellers it would ve more convenient and more quite.

I arrived at the Hilton Hotel on April 14, but the front desk staff was confused about my reservation. After some miscommunication, a staff member informed me that my booked room was for handicapped guests. Despite my request to change the reservation and offer to pay the difference, the employee was unhelpful and rude, insisting I contact the booking agency. After waiting for a while, the receptionist finally agreed to honor my reservation at the same price and provided me with a different room, which had a nice view. However, the hotel had significant issues: the parking was inadequate, requiring guests to navigate inconvenient stairs from an under-bridge lot, and the valet service was unhelpful. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing, lacking freshness and organization. On a positive note, the hotel offered a beautiful view of Bahrain Bay and was conveniently connected to the Avenues Mall.

Poor Hotel staff services at the Hotel

Staff at check in and at Restaurant (breakfast) was untrained or new in their positions. No information given of the Hotel given during check-in, ONLY focused to secure my payment as fast as possible. Front desk did not inform us about breakfast times, Gym opening hours etc. unless I asked. At the breakfast next morning the 2 ladies worked in the early morning did not greet when arrived, claimed for breakfast Pay before I take my breakfast, not professional at all. Seems that Management Hotel policy are to secure payment as first priority without giving basic services. Hotel location, very good. However, myself and family wl not recommend this hotel, NOT worth the room price with poor staff services at the Hotel.

This is a gorgeous hotel and perfectly located with easy access to many parts of the city. Best of all, it is actually attached to the Avenues mall, so you can walk there for the cinema, many restaurants, coffee shops, and also a small grocery store.
