I don’t remember being treated better at any hotel. From check in to the wait staff, hostess, manager and even the chef, we were treated like family and taken care of so well that we hated to leave. We will be back Vivanta! "

However, the only issue faced was the very low connectivity issue of mobile network NCELL. if you planning to make lot of calls during your stay then be careful in choosing room. Otherwise the hotel wi-fi has a nice decent speed. "
