"Oasis resort at Pangong is well located, bang on lake facing and check in process was smooth. However it did not even provide mineral water for drinking and food quality needs improvement. The room did not have even a simple table to keep luggage for easy access and not even something to hang/keep clothes. However the staff had courteous attitude."

"An underwhelming experience overall. I had a poor check in experience. Room was not ready despite arriving a few hours after the actual check in time. I was not given a room key. The resort had no WiFi, which is shocking as even smaller and cheaper homestays provide free WiFi in such remote places. The entire resort seems like it’s still under construction. "Booked via Hotel.com. The staff and the manager did not have knowledge of the reservation. They offered another room category for the same price I booked when in actuality that room was inferior and cheaper to book. Additionally, the manager I spoke to based in Leh was EXTREMELY rude. He claimed they don’t sell rooms on hotels.com and that I booked the room via an agent and that he couldn’t do anything. All I was politely asking for what I paid in terms of product and service.
