"The resort was truly breathtaking, offering exquisite accommodation and delicious breakfasts against the backdrop of stunning gardens, a pool, badminton, tennis, and basketball courts. The friendly staff made every moment special, and the spotless, pristine environment felt like a heavenly paradise. It’s the perfect getaway for families seeking relaxation, fun, and rejuvenation."
"Nestled along the western coast of Camiguin Island, this breathtaking location offers stunning sea views amid lush palm trees, creating an inviting paradise for everyone—including divers and their families. The staff's warm hospitality combined with their efficiency made our stay unforgettable. Rooms were beautifully appointed, cool, and spotless, providing perfect comfort after exciting adventures. The expertly maintained spa was a welcome retreat, ready to unwind. A vibrant sense of camaraderie and community filled the air, making all guests feel connected, no matter where they came from."
"I really didn’t understand how this place was rated a 10 by previous guests. The attendants or owner that work there were rude except for the cook lady. The young boy and the young girl were rude about parking even though our driver was only dropping us off and he will park on the allotted parking place which not even paved. The atmosphere itself was not welcoming. There was no place for front desk. When we got there no one came to welcome us, we had to search ourselves to find someone to talked to. We went up to a restaurant upstairs and talk to the lady cook and she searched in the computer. She literally had to ask me if breakfast was included in our reservation. This place is not run professionally will not come back here in the future."
"Loved every minute of our stay in the Grand Tiki Room. Enough cannot be said about the excellent staff, beautiful view, and peaceful serenity. Two suggestions: Please replace that plant in the corner of the room with a functional chest of drawers - we had no place to put our things so pretty much lived out of the suitcase. Also, some hair conditioner in the bathroom would be nice"
"Food just fine, this place don't have tv inside the room,
NO wifi inside the room. Its my fault not to read properly to amenities . Book this because next to the ocean. "
"Kudos to the staff for their excellent customer service! Just a heads up — the property is located in the Highlands of Camiguin, true to its name, and is surrounded by nature and forest scenery. Because of its secluded location, the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet, which may appeal to guests looking for a more remote and tranquil stay.
For us personally, the setting felt a little too isolated and had an old, rustic charm that wasn’t quite our preference. The entrance and overall ambiance gave off a vintage mansion vibe, which some guests may actually find unique and charming. It’s not a bad hotel at all — it just wasn’t the right fit for our taste."
