"Our room was not properly cleaned. There was a cracker on the floor. Hair on the floor and in the sink of the bathroom. Debris on the floor. Dirt and marks all around the bed skirt. Hand/finger marks all over the closet doors. Spilt substance on the wall where the bathroom door slides. The bathroom smelled really bad. They gave us a new room… It smelled a lot better (like new carpet) HOWEVER, debris all over the carpet. I mean a ball of weave hair, actual pieces of garbage like plastic and a plug cap. A TOENAIL IN THE SHOWER. Marks on the mirror from a spill or splash of something. Hands prints all over the glass window. DUST built up on the ledge by desk. We were more comfortable in that room and decided to stay put. But it is clear the cleaning service is not doing their job. Too many obvious standard things missed. I was really disappointed and frustrated that a clean room didn’t seem possible. I’m not looking for perfect but a thorough vacuum and wipe down should be guaranteed. The staff was very kind and noted the both room conditions. I would not stay there again, nor would I consider another Westin hotel "

"We stayed there just two nights to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which was only about a 10 min drive. When we first arrived around 9pm it was insanely noisy in the lobby as there was youth hockey teams staying there for tournaments. So a hotel full of 10 year old boys. So it was noisier than you’d want. Even in our room we could hear running and some stomping. So I don’t know if the walls were thinner or just the circumstances. Our room appeared and smelled clean but old food had gotten forgotten in our fridge. Our tv remote didn’t hardly work at all. We made due. The buffet breakfast (very standard) did seem to keep up with the demand so that was good! The staff was friendly and we did get a little compensation when we mentioned th old food and broken remote which I was not expecting but grateful for. All in all a decent stay! "

"I rarely write reviews but wanted to give everyone here a shout out for saving our trip to Cleveland. We had a rough time woth our initial booking with an air bnb style place and were out on our behinds at 11pm our first night. I was immediately able to book a room here, and the staff was awesome. Valets were efficient and nice, everyone just great. You wont be disappointed."

"Arrived late due to flight delays. Nothing in the area and the resturant and bar close at 10. Suite was spacious but dated and worn furnishings but bed was nice "
