"Good location for all main tourist spots. Nice room with views over the harbour. Staff all very pleasant. Breakfast was limited but sufficient for my needs. Wi-fi was very slow and connection kept dropping meaning I ended up back on data regularly. Overall happy with my stay and would consider using this hotel if I was to return to Valletta. "

"Hated the constant noise of sirens and traffic - much better soundproofing needed, annoying that the TV remote controlled both TVs when I only wanted one on with YouTube and not the other blaring BBC news or something- ended up unplugging the other tv to solve the issue Balcony is rather narrow and shower has no standing mat to stop you slipping The good news is that the double bed is lovely with usb ports and UK wall sockets which is excellent I like the TV size despite my whinge above...

"The hotel staff are very pleasant and the beach club staff are exceptional. I paid extra for the option of having a beach club (5 min walk down from the hotel) so be able to relax after site-seeing. The spa is ok - sauna is a bit funky smelling and could do with renovation. Also, though there are signs asking for guests to be quiet, the hotel does nothing to stop loud groups taking selfies in the area - NOT relaxing at all. This is pricey, but there are so many great food options in close...

"The studio apartments are a nice size and stocked well with all the equipment you need for a self catering holiday. Great location for buses and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops, but far enough away from the main nightlife if that’s not your thing. Great stay with friendly staff. Only disappointment was that the roof infinity pool was under maintenance and we were not told this would be the case, however, the spa was great. "

"Staff went above and beyond to help us out. Any query was solved immediately without hesitation. They opened the restaurant early for us so that we could catch our flight - the chef and bartender were amazing -incredible food and exceptional customer service. All receptionist were extremely helpful and made arrangements for us, helped with luggage, lets us use the facilities after checkout and made our entire stay enjoyable and stress free. Fantastic customer service all round!"

"Location is perfect, short walk to good restaurants and supermarkets. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, the balcony is too tight to feel comfortable tho, but the view from the marina was beautiful! Air conditioning for me was the best I ever had in Malta. One star removed because the breakfast was underwhelming, bacon could be crispy, not a lot of fresh options either, no poured coffee only from those machines. Pool could’ve be bigger but we always found room for us, if I could ask for one...
