An absolute gem of a resort. The food was organic, beautifully arranged, and served in generous portions—every meal felt thoughtful and delicious. The staff made us feel like family, going above and beyond in every way. Our villa was beautifully positioned right on the beach with plenty of privacy, making it the perfect spot to unwind. It’s the ideal place to detach from the noise of daily life and just relax in the middle of a little patch of paradise. Can’t wait to return!
Fantastic experience. Beautiful hotel and staff.
Only bad thing I could say would be the bedrooms need to have a little more lighting available.
Everything else was absolutely fantastic.
Amazing, friendly staff in an incredible location. Great facilities and activities. Great family holiday. Wati was an amazing GEM and looked after us well.
Beautiful resort, lots to do including hubby and teen loving surfing expeditions most days, amazing family holiday, totally relaxed and feeling sad on leaving, very welcoming and friendly staff - can’t wait to come back again (when we have saved up enough money :)).
All round 5 star quality!! Quality Service… Quality Staff… Quality Food… Quality Rooms …. Quality Amenities!! All adds up to Quality Time and Relaxation!!
Wow - we had an amazing time visiting Fiji - from surfing with Nicole,Jazzy and Dan, to diving and going out on the jet skis to snorkel - super fun - the staff were accommodating and very welcoming - food was excellent - amazing massages and spa - what a great week - thank you six senses
Everything was amazing and so much better than I could imagine, thanks for ms.Tanya for her exceptional service and for her help
I appreciate that and thank to all staff who helped me
We had an excellent stay . We loved this place , it definitely lives up to reviews and picture (a lot of places don’t ) . Food was excellent ( Thanks to chef Ben even making us special meal for my birthday ) . Our concierge Iva was amazing and so helpful and I got the best massage from Anita at their spa . The spa was really incredible . They have an amazing beach with so many things to do , we definitely will be back and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a true 5 star resort in this area .
Loved the resort, the service and everything about it. The only thing that brings the overall stay down is the cost of transfer. Had I have known it would cost this much extra I would have not have booked this resort. We budgeted the cost of accommodation for our honeymoon and we received notification after the cancellation date for transfer information we were shocked. That should have been more notified at time of booking.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Could be better
Everything great, but:
1. The restaurants are not up to a five star lux resort: limited choice, low medium quality
2. Cleaness was not at best, in particular the patio with the pool.
3. All the week there a construction of a villa onnthe beach with associated noise. This is not acceptable forca five stars lux.
All the rest, including the nice and friendly staff, was great.
Water sports center: the service felt unprofessional. The manager, Simi, was often unfriendly and decided arbitrarily which activities were available, sometimes denying them to us while allowing other guests.
• Dining: lunch service was extremely slow (at least one hour after ordering). During a private beach lunch we even saw the chef tasting the sauce with his fingers, licking them, and putting them back into the pot – unacceptable for a luxury resort.
• Housekeeping and common areas: there was a noticeable shortage of towels in the room, and in the relaxation area clean towels and bathrobes were often unavailable.
• Wi-Fi: the connection almost never worked, which is completely unacceptable for a property of this category.
• Night disturbance: one night we were woken up twice by calls from the reception (at midnight and again at 1:30 a.m.), presumably by mistake. This seriously disrupted our rest and should never happen in a luxury resort.
The location is undeniably beautiful, but the level of service and attention to guests did not match our expectations nor the price charged.
This was our first time at the Six Seasons- 2 adults, one 15 month old toddler. We LOVED it and hope to be back.
The resort is classy without being pretentious. Breakfast was superb. Transfers were easy.
We came from New Zealand and found everyone welcoming. We were contacted well before arriving and asked if we'd like a fence around our pool. We said yes, as our baby loves the water and obviously didn't want any accidents. He enjoyed being in the garden when we were in our villa and tried to open the fence but it was very well secured.
Our villa and the resort were very well maintained and clean; i have given 4 stars because of some small things- a few squashed frogs on a path and grass that were there the whole time we were, an empty medication foil by our pool, also there the whole time and a wet tussue clump by the hot spa pool there for 24 hours. Definitely nothing major by any means, but noticeable.
Of mention too- probably the best pillows I've ever slept on. My partner also really found the bed very comfortable.
I don’t often write reviews but felt compelled to share our trip to Six Senses Fiji. Beautiful, tranquil, culturally enriching, and serviced by a gracious and friendly staff. Our Gem “Tex” was super friendly, engaging and very helpful with all our requests and needs.
The service and staff at all the restaurants was fantastic. Led by Ace (Kira, Luke, Seini, Emmi, Lote and many others) provided wonderful service. Save was a superstar hiking guide (make sure you make it to the 2nd peak). Peter was great with all our watersport needs. The jet ski snorkel trip is a must. Our guide Jay was awesome! The reef he took us to was filled with fish and live coral.
Accommodations exceeded expectations. Very clean, spacious, nicely appointed with all the essential amenities. Our residence had an infinity pool that fronted the ocean. A bit on the cool side but very refreshing once we got used to it. Housekeeping was amazing. The kitchen, room and pool areas were brought back to move in conditions every day.
Six Senses Fiji was a magical experience for our family and the staff we met welcomed us like family. We were all sad to leave but look forward to our return. Thank you to Mark, Tex and the Six Senses staff for making our family trip so memorable.
Can’t begin to tell you what a great trip my family and I had at six senses Fiji. We have just returned home from traveling in June 25
The weather was excellent. 28C and 19C at night. The hotel has an amazing variety of residence’s. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel hosts a number of different cultural experiences and the food options are well covered by an excellent and experienced chef.
The activities offered kept everyone happy. For the fishermen of the family the heavy tackle fishing produced a yellow fin Tuna which was deliciously prepared that night at a beautifully executed Bbq on the beach.
Definitely one place to visit in your lifetime.
Amazing resort-attentive staff. Bures were better than the promo photos. Food was very good although not a great variety especially for lunches-this was due to being brand new and both restaurants did not open together- this will change in next few months I believe. Transfers were easy and the resort has its own shuttle boats so time from airport to resort was about an hour. I would very happily go back for another visit!!
The level of service was subpar for a property like this, they were slow, with a rigid and not personalized approach. In addition to that, the sanitary conditions were questionable… there was a cockroach in our bottled water provided by the resort!
As I sit on the beach awaiting our boat transport back to Denarau, I pondered over our stay at this property. There are so many ways to describe our experience but one word stuck out more than all the rest…Family. Every person of staff, did not feel like they were working but rather it felt as if we were sitting at home with our loved ones. Kini was our GEM who was quick to respond and provide updates on our stay as well as coordinate reservations. Your GEM is your go to. Ace at the restaurant introduced herself and was happy to explain our food options. There was one person who stood out more than anybody else. She became our sister. Our family. She went above and beyond in getting to know us, provide options in dining, and was just all around friendly and helpful. Her name was Karolina. She was always around to ask if we needed anything. She remembered the small details of our stay and made us really feel part of the family and made us comfortable as we spend our honeymoon thousands of miles away from home. Although we are away from home, Six Senses is now our new home away from home.
Best place we’ve ever stayed. The room, setting, food, activities, everything were all absolutely amazing. A special shout out to the staff who are so wonderful, they remember who you are and go out their way to make sure you’re happy. Could not recommend more. Thank you from Alice & Ben!
