"Hair in the shower, hair in the bed; carpets were filthy in the room and down the hallway! Food was extremely salty, poutine is normally salty but these folks added more to the gravy, wings were saturated with teriyaki sauce way to much and again saltier than needed be! We won’t be back"

"No cleaning services for the 3 nights we were there. No trash removed from the rooms, no clean towels, beds were not made, trash bins in the parkade were overflowing, the bathtub did not have a plug and the paint was chipping and no tissues in the room."
