"This is a lovely hotel, the pool area is very nice and the rooms large - it’s worth upgrading. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the area it is in is not nice - the best way to describe this is Germans answer to Benidorm (I haven’t been to Benidorm hence the surprise!) The food is ok but not what we had expected and ended up in Parma every night for dinner. The hotel is not set up for allergies and didn’t know which meals were dairy free"

"We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. There was an excellent choice of buffet food everyday with some food being cooked to order. The spa and pool was very nice and a great place to relax. Room very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time at J S Palma hotel."

"We had a very nice stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The breakfast was also a great experience, with a wide variety of options, so I think everyone can find something they enjoy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!"

"This hotel is 5 star, beautiful, clean, friendly staff, rooftop pool/bar was a winner for my friends and I. The 360 views of the city were incredible. Breakfast was delicious, cocktails were amazing. Rituals products in the bathroom smelt amazing and the added touch of the bath Bomb was very thoughtful! Wine, homemade lemonade and a jar of fruit was a very pleasant surprise when delivered to our room complimentary! Brilliant central location, just wish we had longer! Will be back!"

"Serena de Muro is a beautiful, brand-new hotel in a gorgeous location. Everything feels fresh, modern, clean, thoughtfully designed, and the property itself is truly stunning. It has a lot of potential to become an exceptional hotel. There are a few areas where the experience could be improved, particularly when it comes to service. At breakfast, it was often very difficult to get anyone’s attention when we needed assistance. More attentive and proactive service would make a big difference, especially for a hotel of this caliber. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing, but it would be wonderful to have better poolside service, particularly for ordering drinks while relaxing on the lounge chairs. The pool itself was also extremely cold. I’m not sure why it isn’t heated, but adding some heat would make the pool much more enjoyable. For dinner, it would also be a nice touch if water was included with the meal rather than being an additional charge. This is a small detail but including water with dinner would feel more in line with the level of the hotel and dining experience. The food was exceptional with a wonderful variety of food. Everything was delicious and really enjoyed breakfast and dinner. One thing I would definitely encourage the hotel to expand is the activities offered throughout the day. The morning yoga class was exceptional and was one of the highlights of the stay. Adding a few more activities like this throughout the day — wellness classes, fitness, or ot"

"Buffet was very amazing , had all the things to make your dietary needs met and open til 11 very helpful! Spa was a MUST !!!! Especially after a long day of activity. Very clean property , lots of shops, restaurants, beach and pools all walking distance , we will definitely be back!"
