"Desde que llegamos el personal del Hotel fue muy atento y servicial! Nos recibieron con cava de bienvenida que fue perfecta para el calor que hacía en Mallorca. La habitación que nos tocó no era como la queríamos y muy cordialmente el personal de recepción nos entendió y fuimos asignados a otra sin ningún inconveniente. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar con todo. Parqueaderos, servicios de taxi e información. El desayuno muy completo y lo puedes tomar un un balcón precioso con vista al mar o si preferías dentro con AC también se podía! Venía incluida La Cava! Así que empezábamos todos los días felices con nuestra copa acompañando el desayuno! El área de la piscina muy bien. Pero nosotros queríamos estar todo el día en la cala y en el restaurante/bar de la cala que estaba más fresco! La atención buenísima! Nos atendió un Colombiano queridísimo siempre nos recibía con una sonrisa! El agua del mar en este lugar y el paisaje 10/10 fui completamente feliz! Lo único es que no recomiendo este lugar para personas mayores por lo que fue construido en una cala y hay muchas muchas escaleras. Perfecto para familias."

"Property itself was lovely. Pool, rooms and additional sections like breakfast, spa, gym (and the World Cup on) was all amazing. Welcoming staff were great as well, only staff issue we found was at the poolside bar lunch spot, you would be waiting a long time to be served and often forgotten about. However lovely hotel. One thing to note; room was not wide enough for how long bed was so kept feeling too tight to get from one side of the room to the other, but very modern and had everything needed for a good stay."

"A lovely hotel that is very clean. An excellent pool area with a bar serving food and drinks, at a reasonable price. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The centre is a 20mins walk but we walked by the marina, which was beautiful. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing break. We loved our time here."

"Disappointed only 1 pool open, was very busy Having to go from one building to another for meals when there is another restaurant which isn't being used isn't great either especially with how busy that was! Then not having half the drink machines on which caused big Ques especially for hot drinks on a morning!! I really like the hotel and this isn't my only stay here so I was disappointed!"

"Our room and balcony was huge and spotless. The AC worked perfectly, even with temps above 30C. The website worked great for requests and finding out about the amenities at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, especially compared to other breakfast buffets."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and although I’d read reviews mentioning possible noise depending on where you were in the hotel, I took earplugs and slept peacefully. The food was good with a reasonable choice, and there was a lovely terrace area with sun beds, as well as around the pool. Lovely Spa and had a really good massage, definitely recommended! The hotel is in a great position for an evening stroll along the seafront, browsing the shops and restaurants, or enjoying the nightlife if that’s what you’re looking for. I would definitely stay here again."
