Excellent location, room seems to look better than on the pictures, few minutes walk to the stunning Alcudia Beach. Would definitely recommend!!!

Very good hotel
Great hotel right by the sea with a beautiful view of the harbour. Rooms clean. Downstairs restaurant with delicious food at a decent price.

Great place but no room services for towels????? We had to ask the restaurant downstairs to help us get them. The rooms are nice and so are the people too.

A good stay overall , however no breakfast available until 10.00 am on a Thursday morning when I was checking out, guests should be informed of these timings when checking in / a note left in the room . Also the room doors need to be upgraded for noise reduction to guests

Great over night before ferry
Fab location overlooking the marine, overnight stay before ferry to France, however noisy at night from music next door bar until we’ll after midnight

Great view and hospitality
A basic hotel with a marvellous balcony view of the sea and port . No extras but very central and Reception staff incredibly helpful. Discount available on the Restaurant underneath .

Excellent
We loved the location, right on the marina. The hostal was exactly as advertised, smart, clean and spacious and our first floor room had an excellent patio area. Staff were accommodating, friendly and pleasant and there were plenty of good places to eat nearby, including the downstairs restaurant.

Sea views and a very welcoming stay.
Had a brilliant 4 night stay. The staff are very welcoming, staff in the restaurant were always friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend. It is in a lovely area and was great to have a terrace which was used to soak up the atmosphere as there were markets on the parade and managed to soak up some sun. ☀️

Excellent location,close to all amenities
First time away on my own with my son, I chose this apartment due to its location having been to the resort before. It was in a great location with lovely views across the marina, it was also only a short walk to the old town which we had visited before and is really worth a visit. The beach was right on the doorstep and although it was busy it seemed really safe and I felt I could leave my belongings, something I would never do at home ! Although it was central it was quiet on a night apart from the fridge in the room which was rather noisy. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed as we didn't plan to make any meals, we were only there for 4 days. The only criticism I would have is the size of the shower cubicle it's tiny and we weren't big people I can't imagine anyone of a "bigger" size fitting in ;) also a slight niggle with the airconditiong- it was very sensitive to the door closing mechanism, so it didn't work if the door wasn't closed properly, the maid kindly helped us with this. The lady on reception (Alina)was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone it was a great price and in a lovely location.

brilliant location
This accomodation was in a great location. Check in was easy & straight forward. We chose the sea view room with fantastic views of the port which was a real plus. The reception staff were all very friendly & helpful. The rooms were kept very clean with daily housekeeping.The hotel can arrange shuttle or taxi transfers from the airport if you email them in advance.They even offer extra things like hire of beach umbrella for 1 euro a day. You also receive a 10% discount voucher for the restaurant downstairs Bella Vista which served really good food. I would certainly stay there again

Man bekommt, was man bezahl. Die Lage ist sehr schön am Hafen. Reception ist auch tagsüber nicht immer besetzt, etc.

The pictures on Hotels.com were exactly what we got. Perfect location and nice size room. Stayed 5 nights with my 3 year old. The waiters from the restaurant could be a bit more service minded when checking in late. Need to ask them twice to assist and no info given about anything. But that’s the only thing to mention.

Fantastisk beliggenhed med havneudsigt, værelset er af ældre dato, men bestemt brugbart og rent og pænt, og så følte vi os virkelig velkommen da vi kom til restaurant som passede reception. Dejligt med køleskab på værelset

Hôtel bien situé face au port rue commerçante à 15 minutes à pied du ferry. Personnel accueillant. Chambre spacieuse .( manque brosse pour les toilettes, sèche cheveux, téléphone pour être réveiller) Le seul bémol pas possible de prendre un café avant 8h30 ce qui est trop tard pour les départs en ferry ,au moins un distributeur automatique ça serait bien.

Un cauchemar en vacances...
Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue mer et arrivé à l'hôtel on nous annonce que tout est complet..notre chambre espérée a été réservé au même moment et n'ayant plus d'autres disponibilités nous recevons une chambre sans vue mer...mais sans vue du tout.... juste un petite terrasse étriquée et vue sur un mur en plastique...intolérable. La responsable m'explique et ne propose aucune alternative sinon d aller dans un autre hôtel..alors que la somme a déjà été débité de mon compte...alors je dois retrouver un autre hôtel alors que mon amie a roulée toute la journée! A ce moment je ne profite même pas de mon séjour et je suis en train de vous écrire. Elle me dit aussi que aucun remboursement n'est possible...que pour une seule nuit elle perdrai trop d'argent et que la prochaine fois je devrai appeler l'hôtel pour m'assurer de la disponibilé de la chambre...à quoi servent donc les réservations en ligne? Mon amie et moi sommes vraiment déçues de cette situation...je peux vous montrer des photos et une vidéo de la chambre. Toutefois le réceptionniste a été très gentil et compréhensible avec nous mais malheureusement cela ne suffit pas à apprécier nos vacances. Ce n'est pas à nous client de vérifier les disponibilités de l'hôtel ayant reçu un email de confirmation de votre part....la reponsable me fait part également que les vues n'ont aucune différence de prix...je suis navrée mais il y a une différence...de plus nous n'avons vue sur rien...même pas un arbre. Inacceptable!

Direkt am Hafen gelegen, schönes, einfaches Zimmer mit Balkon, nah an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wlan-Empfang war leider zwischendurch sehr schlecht bis gar nicht Vorhaben. Aber ansonsten alles wie beschrieben!

Not worth it
Too expensive nights for noisy, hot and lack of sunlight blockage room. Reception desk is unavailable most of the time: opens at 9:00 and closes at 13:00 or 16:00. Hostal is on a top of a restaurant, so it's awkward to move across the place towards to the reception desk. Expensive restaurant menu and breakfast. Breakfast costs 5,50 euro for poor choices and variaty. Friendly staff though.

Det er et hostel i top efter prisen og beliggenhed. Det er et fint lille værelse for 2 med en lille altan med bord og 2 stole. Der er et lille tørrestativ. Lille barkøleskab til egne vare. Aircon i top. Rengøringsniveau er perfekt. Så alt i alt Supert

Ottimo ostello (hotel con ricezione aperta solo dalle 9:00 alle 16:30 ma che non crea alcun problema in quanto il personale del ristorante sottostante è a conoscenza della situazione), molto tranquillo e confortevole. Al ristorante "Bellavista" sottostante tra l'altro si mangia benissimo.

Super location
We got room 105 located on 1 floor with a 20 m2 teresse with a wiew to the harber. Could not be better. The restaurent under the Hotel was one off the best in town.

Tolle Lage und atemberaubende Aussicht!
Tolles Hotel mit einer sehr gute Lage. Das Hotel ist einfach, aber für einen Kurztrip vollkommen ausreichend ausgestattet. Sehr sauber! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden das Hotel erneut buchen.
