"This property is over priced and gave me back ally pay by the hour hotel vibes. Front desk rude and not accommodating. I reserved a room with garden view I was given a view of the lower rooftop and street where I listened to cars and loud music all night. The pictures posted online are fake this is not how the rooms actually look and the bed sheet had cigarette stains. I have to have tech come to room to fix broken things. I requested new room and they refused. The bathroom had no toiletries....

Great staff, highly trained managers, excellent security, beautiful rooms, and the food was outstanding (very experienced chef team). Juste un problème en arrivant à la chambre il y'avais deux lit séparés alors notre demanande pour un lit double, après réclamation ils nous ont promis que ca sera fait le lendemain, mais rien n'a été fait le lendemain vers 20heures on rentrons la chambre elle a été même pas faite comme on l'a laissé le matin. Pour un hôtel 4étoiles c'est vraiment dommage. "

"Perfect Hotel for people looking for all inclusive. For me this was accidental, I was going to be in sousse and booked without looking at this detail. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, to amazing food in dining hall! Lots of great options. All team members are helpful, smiley and love to help guests. Oh and the live music, I think it's every night? with small dance area/floor. Good location too, away from the hustle/bustle of the city, but close enough to get their walking. I walked...

"This wasy 3 rd visit to Palm Marina and again I had an amazing time ! . The rooms are dated but clean and the mail tidied and supplied clean towels every day . The restaurant is what I expect from all inclusive, plenty of choice for all nationalities . The bar has a variety of yummy alcoholic and NON alcoholic beverages . The animation is first class , all the activities and shows are enjoyable & the whole team make you welcome . A special mention to Max & Salah for always providing fun...

"Very problematic. Room clean and serviceable with bed and linens. Food was the difficulty. Restaurant on ground floor was depressing dark and dreary. Food selection zero and preparation dismissal. All food overcooked, cold and tasteless. Restaurant on second floor acceptable. Though selection still limited, at least it was hot and almost satisfying."
