The property was elegant and beautiful. The staff was so helpful and kind. It felt genuine. Such lovely people. This included staff at the pool and casino and bar.
Checking in at first they wanted to upgrade my suite for a fee and move me to Wynn, which I thought I had paid for through Expedia. Then they only had smoking. Then they found a suite in Encore when I politely said that was unacceptable.
The upcharges were annoying on meals and the final bill with extra $55.00 per day. Not sure for what.
Wine charged as large, but a 6 oz. Breakfast items added, but you thought they were included. These are $ 10.00 and to 20.00 additions , but they add on to the taxes and tip.
