"Great bathroom, very clean room. Could use some painting and maintenance on the walls of the room. Amazing breakfast. The only downside to me was the lack of customer service. Not allowing to check in 90 minutes earlier when there were plenty of rooms available and not being receptive to customers that pay your bills and put food on your table to me is not a good way to do business. But as a hotel definitely a great place to stay."

This is the second time that I stay here: Last Summer they rented me a bike for free and I went all around Lake Iseo; this year they offered me a discounted ticket for the famous spa, which is the town’s main attraction. It was a pleasure to talk with the owner of the hotel and share stories with him. And it is always amazing to admire and taste the huge variety of cakes being offered for breakfast. "Clean room, and good shower, but we had to ask for more toiletries (small sachets). No a/c or fan in the room, and no minibar. Good bar by reception, where you can buy a small water bottle for 1 euro, and a 1-litre bottle for 2 euros. Breakfast was appropriate (with homemade cakes/ pastries ), and the food at the restaurant was very good. Local specialities, as well as pizza. The hotel is a little dated. Basic 3-star hotel.
