"So very tired and worn. No kettle in room. Photos make this property look far nicer than it is. On arrival we were put in a room at the rear of the property, with a window facing a cliff, overlooking an extremely noisy extraction fan of some sort. No bedside lights. Worst room in the hotel, I hope. No a/c, so the window had to be opened on a muggy day. We complained and got a new room, with very little concern from the staff.
