"Everything worked perfectly. The air conditioner kept the temp all night. The bathroom was large and clean. All staff was friendly. We enjoyed our food and drinks on the rooftop when we arrived. "

"This hotel is welĺ worth its price. It is downtown near the Malecon and other sights. While it is a little older than some of the "fancier" newer hotels nearer the airport it is clean, well kept, with a very professional staff that knew we were coming and called us by name, and it is half or in some cases 1/3 the cost and only $5 for a 24 hour taxi service to the airport. Breakfast buffet is included and is complete and nicely presented with a cook there for special omlettes etc. Trust me. You'll like it at a much more reasonable cost than the big names."

"Everything at Oro Verde Hotel Guayaquil is great, however I’m having a lot of difficulty in obtaining a refund for a future night that I cancelled. The front desk at the Hotel are very helpful, the issue is with Expedia and another on-line company that secured the reservation that I paid in full."

Overall, a perfect balance of comfort, service, and convenience — I highly recommend it and look forward to returning. El personal fue amable y atento, la habitación era espaciosa, limpia y muy cómoda, y las comodidades (piscina, Gymnasium Taxis, Spas, Hairsalon, eventos y shows)eran de primera. La ubicación es conveniente tanto para negocios como para placer, y el desayuno buffet ofrecía una gran variedad de opciones frescas y deliciosas.
