Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. It was a short walk from the train station and we could walk to the lake, funicular and olive grove walk so the location was excellent. "Really lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the lake Como. We walked to Tremezzo which was only 8/10 mins from us Lenno was also around the same so both town are fairly close. However when hot you probably want to take PT but the bus was not on time most times. Regardless this property on its own was worth it. Comfortable bed and clean property is with all amenities you’ll need for a few days. My husband and I enjoyed our time here very much. "

When you walk into the courtyard at the Palazzo you know you are somewhere special. Arianna is very welcoming and speaks very good English. The La Vista room we chose was simply amazing. The view down Lake Como from our room (No.29) was nothing short of breath taking. The staff where very very helpful and in the main spoke English (if your Italian is limited) food was very nice and reasonably priced. If you are a keen cyclist they cater with their own bikes and a workshop area. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I had an amazing experience at Al Molo 5. The breakfast with a beautiful lake view was truly unforgettable, and the hotel itself is super clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I recommend coming by car, as there isn’t much within walking distance, but the on-site restaurant is excellent — great food, very romantic atmosphere, and the whole area is quiet and peaceful. Overall, a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommended!
