"The villa was spacious, clean, with perfect amenities. We never saw housekeeping until checkout. The beaches on the property needed some tending and clean up. Some broken equipment and trash needlessly laying around. Otherwise a very peaceful and lovely experience. Sapodilla bay beach conveniently located across the street but traded proximity/direct beach access with comfort, space, and convenience. Overall loved our stay here. "

"Difficulty finding room as the directions stated to go upstairs but the room was downstairs and did not have a key in the door as communicated. Location is not walkable to anything - car required. The room was worn and there were stains on sheets and both (only 2) towels. Hot tub is cold. Good communication with management. It was ok but would not recommend. "

"Rock House was just want we needed for our restorative vacation. The accommodations were beautifully detailed, the food was incredible, the setting couldn't be more picturesque. You never felt crowded as there are so many nooks and crannies to have space to relax. We will 100% return for another stay. "

"The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes."
