"The stay was overall good. From check in to check out and free shuttle to the airport only one thing that was disappointing. Waiting an hour for my food when I made an order at the pool. Drink came at a reasonable time, but food never came. Lifeguard was finally the only one that checked on me when he noticed I was uncomfortable asking if I had ordered any food. He told the staff and then another 10-15 mins went by and then I just told the staff have the food sent to my room. Luckily the food was really amazing. I wonder if that’s why they made me wait. But outside of that everything else about the hotel was great."

"They were asking for additional payment to check-in 1.5 hours early, what also surprised and annoyed me was we could not have guests after 10 p.m., have never experienced this in my decades of traveling, also found a coackroach in our room."

"I reserved a room for my fiance and they would not let her in without a QR code and expedia does not give one when i resered the room. So we didnt stay there!"

"The room appeared clean but one of the towels was either dirty or stained. With that it sort of raised the question on whether the duvet cover and base sheet were washed. Other than that it was fine."

"Staff was wonderful and the room was far more than expected i only gave 4 stars for 2 reasons. The hotel is about 25 minutes away from the city, i do enjoy my peace but this was much different at times couldnt get a grab service due to it being so secluded and the other reason is lack of life outside the hotel but the staff and facilities were amazing and the other downside is there wasnt a view just other abandoned like buildings.i would still stay here again rate was great and staff made it worth coming back "
