very dirty place, the air con was not working and leaking, the bathroom is ridiculously dirty, highly not recommend to stay in here, the only good thing is the staff are very friendly.

Shame on the owner of this rundown dump
Employees were fine (I felt sorry for them), though they lied about the warm water getting fixed. Property was not kept up what-so-ever. This owner is a SLUM LORD. The place was run down, dirty and falling apart... no hot water, wifi was spotty and slow, no light to each bed and some did not have working electrical outlets. And the place is not that cheap either. SHAME ON THE OWNER. Especially compared to what else is on the market.... you've been warned... stay away from this place .

Very poor hostel. Not worth staying at
The air conditioning in our room was broken, we did not sleep at night at all. The second day they have changed our room were the air conditioning was working, but stuck on a colder temperature, so, again we did not sleep well. The rooms, the bathroom and the hostel were not clean and everything was old. The only good thing was the breakfast, that was only 2.5 euros with a basic breakfast.

The place has no parking. You can park in a place near by but it cost a-lot. Got a 4 bed room- verrryy small. No windows. No air. Felt like a jail cell.the bath had realy bed smell. Couldn't saty there. Left after 5 min

Nice, friendly hostel staff
Hostel staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Vibe of the hostel however is not too nice with some shady people, I would advice female solo travellers to book a female dorm here.

Well the rooms are great but the staff are very unqualified and unorganized. They over charged my friend staying here, they moved my stuff all around the room when it was in a corner out of the way and took some of my food. Then checking out they struggled giving me back my 5 euro deposot after giving them a key back so very very stressful dealing with lazy unqualified unorganized spain

Very convenient, nice cheap breakfast €2.50 Arrived at 1.30 am and left at 7.45 am, so I was only there 6 hours but it was perfect for a quick sleep and go.

The hostel is basic, but I found it clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Their 2-euro breakfast is juice, coffee/tea, toast, and cereal. Very conveniently located to Centro Almeda metro station- like a 3 minute walk.

Very poor condition,we got the one towel each person from the counter. We deposit 5 Euro for towels. When we check out we take off sheet from the bed return with towel. I don"t recommend this hotel to other people.

Although I have no idea what you mean or why you rate us so low, I thank you for your time. We ask our guests to (I quote literally) "please be so kind and bring down all sheets from your bed at check out", at the reception. It is not a must, and we had never followed or chased any guest who did not do so...

The location is good and the staff were friendly. I was in a dormitory for 10 people on the ground floor. I’ve never tried staying in hostels before and for me I didn’t like not having privacy. I was travelling alone on this trip and am an older woman so I chose not to stay there for my holiday - the train to The costa del sol is cheap and reliable so I found alternative accommodation and commuted into Malaga to visit the attractions- I stayed half an hour away in Benalmádena

Comfortable and average stay
Comfortable and central location. Many people. Spacious bed with good bed light and plenty of plugs for charging. Like having bathroom in the bedroom. One con is the smell of the hostel and room - body odour. I guess from many travelers and constant flow.

Terrible experiensse. The matress has plastic and make big noice all night when you move. There are bugs I think flees. You could feel tiny legs on skin and head. The staff are really nice. But hotel quality s horrible. Showers hotbwater dont work. You get boiling or reallybcold water. There was no wifi only at loby. Then I reserved other night and was thrown at a jaillike room with no windows and working staff was there. There was no AIR CONDITION. and I reserved a room with AIR CONDITIONING AND A BALCONY. rhe mananger is so rude and would not care or resulve any issue.

You are getting really annoying. Everything was explained in detail when you spoke to the reception manager, compensation was made and you are just using any platform to complain about us. Please do not come back ever...!!!

Horrible experiense. There are bugs, still crawling invhair and my skin. Showers hot water didnt work sobIbtold then. They say “sorry the boiler was disconected because it was fixed now you need to wait 2 hours or go the the other side of building to shower”. I did, and the shower hot water didnt work, you get hot water for few seconds then really cold. It took me 2 hours to take a shower. I had cold so this was making it wost. Second issue. Room wifi, on reservation says free wifi, it seems nothing works at this hostal. They told me “there is no wifi in that room, you need to use the lobby wifi” The washing machine is in the luggage room whis is risky. Any body can open your bags. Then I had to add one night WHICH INCLUDE AIR CONDITIONING AND BALCONY!! They sent me to a jail like room with their staff/hostel workers. There was no windows and there was no air conditioning. They said in their system doesnt show AC was included. I showed them, it clearly includes. They said, “ actually there is air conditioning in that room, the thing is it doesnt work” For me this is a SCAM, you dont sell something you dont have. Dont advertise AC if there is No AC, period!! Malaga is really hot. And you need air conditioning. I talked to Vito about this, he was rude. They have time for new customers, but once you are stucked you are on your own. The lobby staff is so nice (with 2 exeptions). One of them even offered me a free coctel drink, I prefer the Ac working than the drink

Please never come back to our hostel. This is Vito, easy now to say I was rude, when you are not on sight. I spoke to you from the most respectful way, and already answered your questions and demands, how long is it gonna take for you to drop it? I explained about all your concerns, etc and you keep sending e-mails and now this nasty comment which is far away from the truth.

Could've been good, but for some annoyances
Stayed for 2 nights in Room 36, a 4 bed dorm with a private bathroom. Each bed had a power socket and personal light. The bed linen where clean and there was an extra blanket for the winter. The mattress was covered with plastic sheeting. Unfortunately, this is something that really annoys me. The shower and toilet were separate and had automated lighting, with the washbasin located in the room. All clean on arrival and is cleaned everyday. The shower door doesn't go all way to the bottom. This and general water splash from the shower means that the water spills out into the room. One night, I had to spend 2 minute drying the floor, so another annoyance. The curtains in Room 36 really need fixing. It doesn't cover the whole window and isn't close enough to the window to shade light properly. So you end up with guests pulling the curtains to block out the light for themselves, only to open up the light for others. Each bed comes with a locker, which should be able to hold a large suitcase or rucksack. You'll need a padlock for it though. There's a kitchen on the top floor with cooking pots & pans, plates and other utensils. The kitchen is clean and kept clean by both guests and staff. The Wifi is accessible throughout the hostel even on the roof terrace and works great. Overall, there's a lot of good things in the hostel like the staff, the location and just general cleanliness. Then there's some annoyances.

Nice enough place, good vibe. Unfortunately I had the worlds loudest snorer in my room and only a few hours to catch winks before flying out. Very close to airport metro which starts at 5:20 or so in the morning. Nice and easy

Very helpful and friendly staff and very good value albeit facilities being fairly simple. Breakfast was very good value (€2 all you could eat). A friendly suggestion: rooms should have a "night light" as a totally dark room could be dangerous. One guy left very early in the dark and left the luggage draw open - someone else got up to use the toilet and measured their length. Luckily not badly hurt but woke us all up. Failing that - recommend you take a torch.

Close to metro
Single rooms not as good as other options i Malaga, but I stayed a day before new years eve when hotels were twice the usual rate. Stone floors and thin doors. But close to Metro if you need to leave for airport next day. Close to the Cafe Santa Canela which has good coffee and sandwiches.

It was ok and comfortable enough, although perhaps somewhat expensive for what it was. The major drawback was the fact the room got very warm and the balcony opened up on to an extremely noisy street. We travelled as a couple but I do think this place would be pretty much ideal for the solo traveller or groups of friends. It has a very good atmosphere.

A comfortable hostel
Pretty good for a hostel, great location and nice place to meet others for a drink. Street outside was VERY noisy with drunk singing until about 3am.

I suppose it's my fault, but this place is a youth hostel, not a "hostal". It was cheap, but noisy with young people carrying on till all hours. The room had sheets on the bed, but no towels. Breakfast was minimalist - bread, jam and cereal. Pedro at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, however.

One of the Best Hostels in ANDALUCIA
My stay was astounding. By far one of the BEST hostels in SPAIN! If you stay at FEEL HOSTELS SOHO MALAGA--expect 5-star treatment, great facilities, CAFE/BAR on-site for breakfast only 1.50 €, special dinner dishes with drink from 6€ - 10€, pub crawls every night. Hostel has a common area with TV/kitchen/terrace on level 4, free computers in the lobby common area with TV, public restrooms in all common areas. Rooms have nice, comfy beds with the basics for your stay, with ENSUITE bathroom facilities. There are also shared bathroom facilities on some floors. There is also a game room in the lobby common area too. Hostel conveniently located in heart of MALAGA tourist area with shopping, sites within in walking distance. ADRIANA, PEDRO, MANUEL, JUAN, ALICIA, ALVARO, crew are very professional staff, provide guests with very good hospitality. You won't be disappointed if you book a room or bed at FEEL HOSTELS SOHO MALAGA. Give them a try, See how you can experience MALAGA in a truly unforgettable time!
