Dear Neil,Our apartments are located in the absolut heart of the old city and due to the age of the building we are located within, we do not have parking space. This is the reason our guest must park and walk 5 min to get to us. However in the future once local city hall finishes works on the main street, it will be possible to get to our door, download the luggage and then leave for parking in one of the public parkings. The Spa is an extra service, additional to the accommodation. The Spa not only includes a heated pool but also a sauna, sequence showers, relaxing area and possiblity to reserve a massage or facial treatment. However for stays longer than 4 days in Apartment with City View, we extend a 50% discount for the entrance to the Spa. Every apartment has a combo washing machine/dryer, so the clothes are dry and no need to hang them around. The washing machine and dishwasher capsules are in a box below the sink with the rest of the cleaning items. The pool is actually a Spa area and can be reserved at the reception. If booked for longer stays, there may be a discount or free entrance included within the room rate. It is true that currently (November - December 2022) our part of the old city is not accesible by car due to a construction work carried out by a local city hall. However normally you may come directly to the door with your car or taxi would leave you there.All apartments have a washing machine/dryer combo. It's one machine with both functions, we regret you did not mention this to us during your stay so that we could have helped you.
