"When we arrived they were overbooked. It was 2am and we were forced to share rooms with other group members. They also never cancelled all the reservations so we ended up triple paying in some cases and it's been a lot of work receiving refunds. "

"Staff is nice food is good..even the standard room was very nice with a neat air-conditioning setup...loved the shower first hott one I had in a long time..manager was VERY accommodating and made sure I was satisfied with my stay I will return again...plus it's in a nice area...I walked to nearby kookoos ...didn't get bothered by anyone did this twice at night after 10pm..."

"The staff members went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The menu options were nice and affordable. Every room service staff spoke clear english and reception always responded quickly. I like how the rooms have AC and a ceiling fan. The backup generator worked great during city wide power outages.
There was an issue with critters but if you don't bring food into your room you should be fine. Peace

"This is a pretty nice local hotel.The staff is amazingly nice and helpful. I chose Nefaland because it is right across the street from the ABC Upper Class ticketing office. I use them when traveling to Iringa because I can board the bus directly at their office before they head out to the bus station on the limits of Dar es Salaam. So Staybg at Nefaland is great for that since the bus leaves at 5am. The only thing that I found disappointing was the lack of food availabilities on the menu. But...
