First of all I felt as I'm begging the service
The staff at the counter desk has nothing to do hospitality and customer service even the basic things. Even the season with many hotels around they were bad in offering any kind of facilitating their customers needs and requests. Simply the staff are able to generate problems rather than solving them.
It was really bad trail. Putting in consideration thus hotel has two branches in Makkha city the one in Bath Quraish is really bad place to stay
