Room and food quality are good. However it’s quite unpleasant being refused to use the Gym for my 13 year old son. My son is already taller and stronger than me. It’s a ridiculous policy and I won’t visit again.

Rooms were new…. in the 90s. Staff was generally rude and condescending. Price displayed on Expedia and the price charged after transaction differed by 150 usd. Pool was not able to be used with western swim suits, and my strong swimming children still required me in arms reach (both swim competitively). ...

Staff is good, room is small and noisy, you can hear out loud from outside the room and the bed is not hard enough for me. Paid breakfast is not great but okay. Not my first choice of coming back again.
