Comfortable stay but service is not what is expected from a 4 star hotel. Staff are poorly trained but earnest. No alcohol. Rooms are clean but old and not feature rich. Hot water only in the morning. Nice though oddly shaped swimming pool. Overall, OK experience for us - neither bad nor great.

I would not stay in this hotel again. The hotel looks very goo from outside. Inside facilities were at the best poor. The worst thing was the location on the internet. It showed 15 minutes walk to places of importance such as Ram Janmbhoomi. The sites of importance were at least a few miles away. ...
