"Pool was closed but was never notified prior to checking in or during reservation."

"Super disappointed with my stay. I booked several months in advance for a busy weekend. When we arrived later in the day, we were placed in the 3rd building, which I was told the 1st, then 2nd filled up, but because it was busy, they put people in the third building. It felt liked it was a last resort placement. The first room we were put in had a hot, smelly fridge. So I called to be moved as we had food from a cooler to be refrigerated. The lady came to us and opened the next room. That one didn’t even have a fridge. So she opened another room. Had a fridge, but had two busted lights and no hair dryer we found out. It looked like building three had been long abandoned and used for parts, to be honest. Shower and curtain had what looked like dried blood on it, vanity was busted, sheets were stained. It was pretty gross. Faucet in shower wouldn’t turn off all the way. I did notify front desk about all this and was met with basic no response. We usually stay at the LaQuinta closer to Boulder…. It is far better maintained than this one. Super disappointed. 0/10"

"The elevator didn’t work."

"Breakfast was ok. One of the elevators was down and pool was out of service. Overall it wasn't a bad stay. "
