"This is my second time using this location and I feel like at home with the staff very professional and attentive. Breakfast are included when you stay and are able to provide an opportunity to eat. Parking is limited however I have found street parking every time when I do come in after hours. The location does have restrictive and security for entering the premises. Active personnel at all times. I will be returning to this location."

"It was a very quiet place and nice, uneventual stay. No ice machines or buckets in the room but the restaurant will fill your bottles up for free. Very nice for family trips. The kids enjoyed the pool."

"Despite my limited Spanish, my overall stay was great. Staff were really helpful. I left my watch in my room and I didn’t realised. It was the hotel that messaged me while I was already near the airport. The hotel’s receptionist handed the watch to a Uber driver who came to meet me at Guadalajara airport 30 minutes after. I’ll definitely stay there again. "
