A place to go twice - I have

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and that is perhaps the best recommendation. I would add that Maikammer is a charming small town.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr bemüht und freundlich. Speisen ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Zimmer allerdings war eine Katastrophe. Da hilft weder der Ausdruck RETRO noch ANTIK drüber hinweg. Es war einfach alt, ungemütlich, abgewohnt und dunkel.

Unsere Betten waren viel zu weich und sie quietschten bei jeder Bewegung. Das Frühstück war wenig abwechslungsreich. Kein Obst, nur manchmal Obstsalat und keine Auswahl an frischem Gemüse nur Tomaten.Für 9 Euro schon viel bessere Auswahl gehabt.

Der Gastronomiebetrieb vor dem Haus war zu laut. Dazu kam in dem Ort noch der Verkehrslärm bis in die Nacht. Dafürwar die Lage des Hotels verantwortlich. Dieses Haus werden wir nicht mehr buchen.

Etwas umständlich...

Gemütliches Restaurant, Frühstück leider erst ab 8 Uhr, das Badezimmer könnte einen "Upgrade" gut gebrauchen, Parkplatz, wenn voll, nur für "Fortgeschrittene" zu empfehlen. Mittwoch Ruhetag, also Zimmerschlüssel nicht vergessen!! Ruhige und malerische Umgebung.
