The hotel is amongst the best we've stayed in. The room is comfortable with great views over the gardens. The food is good, but what makes the hotel outstanding is the service from the staff. They are very friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted with a smile. The hotel has a unique thermal pool with a constant 35-40oC temperature. Staff were really helpful. When we were allocated a different room to the one we booked they changed it immediately. It was also my 60 birthday while I was there. My husband arranged a meal for me . They went all out to make it special for me and also made me a lovely cake. The location is wonderful with stunning views. An excellent hotel can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The apartment was really nice, clean, modern and spacious for 4 of us. The air con was good and kept us cool and we got great WiFi signal. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with reduced mobility, our room did not have a balcony which we definitely missed. But you can probably be specific on your booking if you want one.
