"Having just come from a gorgeous hotel with a huge room, dripping in luxury and elegance with incredible food with a complimentary snack/drink minifridge at a similar price point, to having to stare at their assortment of snacks and alcoholic beverages for sale cluttering our tiny space felt so tacky and desperate."

Recommend car hire Autos Menorca. Our flight v delayed & they stayed open until midnight to greet us. Likewise hotel helped liaise with car hire & hotel reception open 24 hrs. Always very helpful. "

Negatives: Service (not enough staff, staff that are there work extremely long hours and appear exhausted, reception staff are a mixed bag - some helpful, some extremely rude and beyond unhelpful), Food (2 out of 10, very limited option), Food Signage (no signs and chefs frequently...

"Great location and great views! Beach within walking distance. Very good choice of food and drink on all-inclusive. Minor issue with wet room design- water does get everywhere but nothing a few more towels couldn’t fix. Would definately stay again. "
