"Amazing stay at The Leela Gandhinagar. This was my second visit in one month and the team made everything effortless. Special thanks to Nikita Kashyap at reception so positive professional and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when they did not take my credit card for extras and simply said I could pay at checkout. That truly shows trust and class. Huge appreciation for Neelam Thakur from room service outstanding service and the best tea I’ve had in Gujarat. She personally made it for me. The food was excellent, and they also gave me a late checkout till 4 PM. Highly recommended. I’m coming back again this week. Nikita and Neelam truly deserve recognition."

"Complete hotel was unhygienic so we didn't checked in and when asked for refund they denied and said you will have to check with Expedia directly. When I called Expedia customer care the executive denied for refund and said that the hotel owner is not allowing for refund. I want my refund back asap."
