Hôtel insalubre délabre gérante méchante !!!

Trivago nous a dirigé vers Hotels.com, nous avions réservé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous avions été mis sous pression durant 1 heure par la gérante car elle ne recevait pas le paiement comme convenu. nous avions bien payé le séjour de 90€ pour les 2 nuits.Mais Expédia a tardé à payer cet hôtel et la gérante était désagréable, malaimable, menaçante et elle nous a fait une scène dingue. En plus elle nous dit que cela peut prendre plus de temps avant qu'elle soit payée, mais elle s'énerve pour rien et nous soupçonne d'être des escrocs, des voleurs! Nous lui demandons de nous prêter son ordinateur afin de voir le problème mais elle disait ne pas avoir d'ordinateur ni ligne fixe! c'est une menteuse sur son enseigne devant son hotel il y avait 2 numéros de tél. On a essayé de faire opposition de la somme de 90€ sur notre banque mais c'était impossible. Alors nous avons décidé de lui payer en liquide et à ce moment-là, elle nous dit "ça y est la somme est versée." le dernier jour, nous décidons de rendre la chambre à 15h00 car nous vol était prévu à 20h00. Mais elle a voulut nous mettre à la porte à midi! redispute avec elle. Alors qu'il est écrit lors de notre réservation de l'hotel qu'on pouvait rester jusqu'à 22h00! comment un tel établissement peut être présenté aux voyageurs honnêtes? L'hôtel est délabré, insalubre, les portes s'ouvrent et se ferment très mal. le matelas est très fin on sent le sommier, tout est sale, les draps, taies oreillers, serviettes de bain.

Premièrement ils n'étaient pas au courant de notre arrivé! Et accueil très froid! Pas de clé pour la porte d'entrée de notre chambre! L'état de la chambre n'était vraiment pas terrible! Nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits et on en a que fait une seule !

A rénover ... pas top

Triste et très vieux sanitaires était vraiment pas top ... nécessaire de toilette des serviettes tachees et déchirées... un savon .... chambre familiale avec balcon ... mais sur deux k une seule avait balcon . Un rideau sur un fil en guise deporte pour une des chambres.... mobiles et peinture défraîchi heureusement que ct une nuit désolé madame mais bien gentille vs êtes mais je ne reviendrais pas

Makstud oli 4 ööks.Olin ainus külaline tuba oli must sajad putukad pôrandal.Tuuluti paksult tolmu täis,eesoleva majakatuse tolm tuli aknast tuulega sisse.Toa vahetust paludes, pidi olema parim tuba.Palusin abi hotels.comilt,nad ei saanud ühendust hotelliga.Hommikusöök hilines 1 h.Väljakirjutamisel paberit ei antud.Hotels.comile teatasin.tegin Reklamaatio nüüd vastati, et mulle oldi tuba pakutud ja pole väljakirjutanud.Täielik pettumus ja äärmiselt halb klienditeenindus môlema osapoole poolt.

Worse nights during our Mauritius vacation

I didn't expect much, as I was aware that it is a low budget hotel (only available room in the area when we booked for 2 nights around New Years eve. However, you could still expect that sheets / matrasses are clean, doors would properly close, aircon would work. None of it was the case. My wife could even an allergic reaction due to probably mold in the matress

Basic accomodation, ideal as a sleep-base

Very basic hotel. Simple but good service. I used it for 4 nights together with a rental car to explore the islands. Nothing going on in Mahebourg, but good reachable spot on the island with Supermarkets etc. A real life corner of the island. Grear aircon and spacious room. Quite quiet area too. I had my room on the 5th floor - water pressure was weak but sufficiant. Would use it again and recommend it for budget tourism with a car.

Hotel trop sale

L'hôtel très sale, mais c'est une généralité à l'île Maurice, nous avions réserve pour 3 nuits, la réceptionniste pas toujours aimable, la télé ne marchait pas, la wifi fonctionnait qu'à l'acceuil, mais malgré tout, nous avons passé un séjour de rêve à l'île Maurice grace à sa culture, ses plages, ses monument et tout le reste

Nice, quiet place

Nothing spectacular but well balanced price-quality-ratio. The room was clean and spacious and we were lucky to have our own little balcony with a sea view over the roof tops. Only negative things were a yacky surprise we found in the dresser drawers (tiny maggots munching on the wood) and the fridge not working as there were no suitable sockets in the room for the plug. We notified the owner of the drawers, she was truly apologetic and I bet her cleaning staff has got a good whipping over it and the matter is most likely now fixed. Despite this I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone travelling with a budget.

Pas de piscine, jacuzzi, et restaurant. Petit déjeuné très simple. Sale et pas entretenu, j ai du louer un autre hébergement, une fois sur place. J ai perdu des sous et du temps dans cette mésaventure
