Patio door did not lock properly, literally the lock was broken and door would not lock. Communicated with property manager, that my party would check-out at 11:00 am. "Beautiful and relaxing stay. The resort is big with multiple pools, restaurants and amenities. The beach of the property is long. The staff is very kind and helpful. Mr. Yassin from reception helped us a lot. Check in was fast. During our stay the hot water suddenly stopped. We call the reception they sent someone to fix it and they upgrade us the next night. The doors of the rooms and balcony need some renovation. Otherwise the stay was amazing and refreshing. I recommend it"
