"A lovely 2 night stay whilst visiting the Taj Mahal. The property is very convenient for seeing the Taj Mahal and the town. The rooftop pool and bar in particular is lovely with an infinity pool and view towards the Taj. A special mention must go to the team at The Indian restaurant within the hotel which was exceptional."

"Our stay was highlighted by breathtaking views of the Taj, beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, and an outstanding staff. From the front desk to room service and the kitchen team, the service was truly excellent and always helpful. The only downside was the dining. While the breakfast buffet offered a great selection, lunch and dinner fell short of expectations—especially considering the Michelin-star price tag"

"We had a wonderful stay at Nidhivan Sarovar Portico during our visit to Vrindavan. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options each morning, and the hotel provided a peaceful environment to relax after a day of temple visits. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We also had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, Mr. Neeraj, who was exceptionally welcoming, approachable, and genuinely interested in ensuring guests had a pleasant experience. His professionalism left a very positive impression on us. The only area where I feel there is room for improvement relates to tipping expectations among some support staff. I am always happy to tip for excellent service, and I voluntarily tipped some restaurant staff because I appreciated their hospitality. However, on a few occasions, I felt uncomfortable when certain staff appeared to expect tips for routine assistance, particularly at the hotel entrance. Guests should feel free to tip at their own discretion rather than feeling pressured to do so. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend Nidhivan Sarovar Portico to anyone visiting Vrindavan. The hotel's location is convenient for visiting the major temples and attractions in and around Vrindavan, making it a great choice for pilgrims and families alike."

"Great place to stay. Spacious rooms & very good amenities. Good breakfast available. For improvement would be the sound proofing for rooms & corridors and perhaps a nicer bar than just the lobby one. In reality an excellent 4 star hotel than luxury 5 star. Overall recommend though & would stay there again. Very good value for money."
