"unlike other hotels you are only allowed 1 free guest breakfast although others are booked with your stay. Breakfast cost was too expensive the type of food being offered. Massage therapist was late, and very brutal in her treatment. Massage area was not as sanitary as it should be."

"THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! On the drive to the place, I called Royal Paradise Apartment to let them know we were on our way. The person who answered the phone immediately told me that we do not have any reservation. He did not ask my name or reservation number. How would he know if I had a reservation or not if he did not know my name? We arrived there and they would not even let us through the gate. There was construction going on. We stood outside in the street in a foreign country and an unknown location. I contacted Expedia who confirmed my reservation. Expedia tried calling Royal Paradise Apartment but could not get them on the phone. Expedia ended up finding us another location. Royal Paradise Apartment in Abuja is A BIG SCAM!!! If there is zero star available, I would give them a zero. Stay away from this place. Expedia and other 3rd party booking sites should drop them from their list."
