"Research between booking direct or third party. I feel like the property treats third party reservations as lesser so than a direct reservation. Booked a room two adults one minor; desk host was unaware of the second occupancy in the room? Seems like a simple overlook. Small town gives peaceful vibes. Be patient and they will take care of you. I was surprised no coffee in room but the host always made coffee in the morning in the lobby. Property great parking. Quiet off street entrance for pedestrian. Walking distance from everything. Will definitely stay again. Staff were present but not overwhelming. Shops nearby. Airport shuttle is shared with other hotels. Room was reasonably clean. Heat and ac work great. Satellite TV basic."

"The room and property were very clean. Peggy was very instrumental with directions around Sitka. The meal in the restaurant was big and very delicious. The staff was very friendly and patient with my order later in the evening and I didn’t feel rushed."
