"Breakfast is the best. Not many restaurants around but there is room service. Hot water is not always on. Air conditions is not as cold in some rooms. Staff is very kind."

"Everything was great. The Mall was around a 10 minute walk from hotel. Breakfast was good. Wish there were more western dish accommodations, but that is typical for most Indonesian Hotels. My only dislike, the room was not provided with a hand towel. Just a floor towel and two bath towels."

"Very convenient to have DAMRI bus service at hotel. Toilet facilities not that great but useable. Availability of hot water shower would be ideal"
