Horrible disgusting room. No toilet seat. Shower curtain looked like it was from a horror film. A chunk of counter was missing showing concrete, Elevators were broken too. I left. Staff were horrible and Hotel.com left us stranded. Stay away from this hotel and if you expect to be protected by this ...
