お料理は旬のものが取り入れられていて、特にお魚料理に添えられていた春菊ソースは感動しました。 部屋はやや年季を感じるものの、お水のボトルやコーヒーメーカー、アクセサリー入れなど心遣いを感じました。 ただ、デスクが狭くスタンドもなかったこと、コンセントが少なく位置も私には使いにくい場所だったので、戸惑いがありました。ベッドにはヘッドもなくサイドテーブルもないので、携帯を目覚まし代わりにしたのですが(お部屋に時計はなかったようなので)置き場に困りました。 おそらく時間を忘れてほしい、非日常

全てがコンパクトだが、必要最低限の物は用意されていた。部屋が狭いが、例えばタオル一つでも、お洒落な物を置いたり、一輪挿しでもお花が置いてあったりすると部屋の格が上がる。 若いスタッフばかりでも出来るおもてなしはまだ沢山考えられると思う。良い旅館だ。伊香保では珍しい宿泊施設なので頑張って欲しいです。

風呂場が寒かった以外は快適でした

ホテル系列本館の大浴場は快適で、ホテルからすると外湯にあたり、外出も楽しかったです。が、ホテル内の浴場内部(風呂場、洗い場)が寒く、大変残念でした。それ以外は快適な宿だけに、改善すれば良いのにと思いました。

お部屋は狭くビジネスホテルっぽいですが、夕食がとても美味しかった！！ 温泉は小さいですが、しっかりした泉質。松本楼も近いので両方楽しめました。

また泊まりたくなる

大通りから少々奥に位置するため、ナビがない場合は分かりにくいかもしれない。 スタッフは皆笑顔で、とても良い応対をしてくれる。 近くのホテル、松本楼の風呂を利用できるのがまた良いところ。 残念なのは、シングルルームがあるのは魅力だが、wifiが途切れること。 総じてお勧めできるホテルです。

素晴らしいホテルです

チェックインはホテルのスタッフが1組ずつ時間をかけて対応してくれます。施設の説明、食事の説明とチョイスなど。その分、チェックインが重なると待ち時間が長めですが、ウェルカムドリンクも出していただけるので。 食事もとても美味しく、この値段で宿泊、お風呂、2食付き？？と驚くほどです。夕食時のチョイスにライス、パンだけではなく中華蒸しパンもあるのが驚きでした。 温泉はぴのんにもありますが、姉妹旅館の松本楼の温泉も利用できます。歩いて2-3分の距離で、とても大きくよかったです。 松本楼のスタッフの方もとても丁寧で、多量にお土産を購入した様子を見て、（徒歩でもわずか2-3分の距離のぴのんまで）車で送りましょうか？とお声がけいただきました｡ お土産はぴのんにも少し売ってますが、松本楼のお土産売り場のほうが品揃えもよく、よかったです。

こじんまりしたホテルですが、食事も美味しくてお風呂空いていて快適でした。 近くに美術館等の観光施設もあり、ホテル駐車場に車を停めて歩いて回れました。

serene

it was a solo trip during a cold december but that made the town quiet and extra serene. not much people along the ikaho stone steps. also, i was alone in the onsen of the ryokan everytime i visited.

説明する方が、一生懸命すぎるのかよく聞いていないようでした。質問には、分からないなら分からないといったほうが良いのですが・・・・・危うく、ゴルフ場のスタートに、間に合わないところでした。伝えたゴルフ場を近くのゴルフ場と、勘違いしたらしく、15分で行くとの話でした。私が聞いたのは、サンコーゴルフ72でした。良い人とお見受けしましたが、老婆心で。

初めて宿泊させていただきました。実に素晴らしかったです！多少の施設の古さは否めないですが、かえって味わいがあって良し。こだわりのアンティーク家具やステンドグラスの設え、ウイリアムモリスの壁紙などとも調和しています。何より美味しいお食事とスタッフの方々の心からのおもてなしが伝わり、身も心も満たされました。良い時間が過ごせました。松本楼の温泉も利用できるのも嬉しいポイントです。また季節をかえて伺いたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

リーズナブルでゴージャスそして満足

伊香保には珍しい洋風な外観の洒落た洋館に入れば調度品もまたお洒落で雰囲気が素晴らしい 非日常感にあふれ、遠いところに来たんだと実感しました スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、チェックインが遅れた際も助けていただいて大変助かりました 暑い日でしたので室内の冷蔵庫に冷水の入った水差しが用意されていたのに感激しました お料理も素晴らしく、このお値段で本当にいいのかとビックリ 歩いてすぐの松本楼のお風呂にも無料で入れる（通常、日帰り入浴だと千円掛かります）し、 近くのコンビニで夜食を買って帰れたのもお得感が増しました 坂の多い街ですが、いくつかのルートを定期的にバスが回っており、宿の近くの バス亭から乗れば神社などにも歩かずに到着できます まずはロープウェイで展望台に行き、下りの遊歩道を歩いて伊香保神社に行く 裏技を使えば、365段、登らなくて済みますよ

The Pinon Ryokan is a cosy hotel. The staff are very helpful. They can also speak English. The onsen facilities are great and open til late.

食事のおいしいホテル

個室に宿泊しました。部屋はきれいで必要十分な広さです。ロビーはアンティーク調でいい雰囲気でした。ロビーに暖炉がありましたが、冬場は使用しているのでしょうか？もし、焚いているならば、冬場にもう一度宿泊したいと思いました。朝食は見た目も味もとても良かったです。夕食付きで宿泊しなかったのが残念でした。次回は夕食付きで宿泊します。

到着が遅くなって夕食に間に合わなかったが 近くに蕎麦屋・ラーメン屋など食事できるところがあり位置的に最適 翌日早いので朝食の代わりにサンドイッチ・バナナ・トマトジュースを用意してくれたのは とてもいい

ご飯がとっても美味しいホテルです

ディナーがとても美味しかったです。 晩御飯付のプランがお奨め。 女性の浴場は、入口を鍵で締めて入るので安心です。 本館の大浴場と朝食バイキングも利用できるので、とてもお得でした。 伊香保の階段も歩いていける距離だし、バス停も近いし、近くにコンビニもあるし、便利な立地でした。 部屋はちょっと狭いですが、温泉と観光メインだったので、不満なしです。

Cute European-style ryokan

From the time I entered Ryokan Pinon I felt very welcome and relaxed. I cannot speak Japanese, and can only read the Japanese text (not including Kanji!) so I was very relieved that during check-in the staff could speak English and happily answered my questions and got me squared away. I really enjoyed dinner (I took the French menu [フレンチ]), the public bath, and the breakfast in the morning. Because the Ryokan is fairly small, the bath was not so busy, and I enjoyed by myself and with 1 or 2 people. Ryokan Pinon also has a sister hotel, where you can use the bath or take breakfast, but I didn't take advantage of this. My room was warm and cozy,! Before leaving I also used the foot bath outside on the terrace and it was quite nice.

この価格帯のホテルにしては、食事が美味しかった。 夕食はフランス料理のコースと創作中華のコースから選べ、創作中華にしましたが、味、量共に申し分ありません。 このホテルのプラス面は ・店員のサービスが洗練されている事。 。部屋がきれいなこと。 マイナス面は ・地上3階、地下2階なのにエレベータが無い事。 ・松本楼の大きな風呂をただで使えるとは言え、風呂が小さく3人は入れば一杯になってしまうことです。
