The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar had excellent views and places to lounge. Great stay in Madrid! Place is clean, centrally located on Gran Via and within walking distance to most nearby shops and restaurants, buses and metros. The staff is very helpful. Will Definitely stay there again.
