Hotel Emperador
Was initially given a room with a view of a wall in a internal courtyard. After complaining they gave me a higher floor with a partial view of the city. Hotel is wedged into an awkward spot so only premium rooms have views. Pool was closed. Location v central but too many ppl there

Gran View Apartments
Very spacious room. Very friendly and hospitable front desk staff. The rooms could be a little cleaner but it was okay for the one night we were staying there for.
