"No tuvimos energía eléctrica durante las dos noches de estadía (30 grados centígrados), la planta eléctrica fue priorizada para la discoteca del hotel pero no para las habitaciones de los huéspedes. Por lo que no contamos con aire acondicionado ni agua potable y eso era realmente insoportable. Los consumos de alimentos y bebidas realizados y cancelados en el restaurante el día de ayer no fueron facturados porque indicaron que no tenían sistema"
