"This establishment offers a commendable experience, particularly due to its proximity to a shopping mall. The convenient location allowed for easy dining options within the mall. The availability of transportation, including Uber and taxis, further enhanced the convenience. The room, despite being somewhat dated, adequately met my requirements. However, the gymnasium facilities were very basic, and the breakfast was unsatisfactory; I would advise against opting for it. The hotel's location, adjacent to the mall and near public transport hubs, is a significant advantage. Regarding safety, while I did not venture out at night due to weather conditions, the hotel itself provides excellent security, with ID verification required before elevator access and a visible security presence. The check-in process was efficient, and overall, I found my stay enjoyable and would consider returning."

"The Hotel staff were very considerate and helpful during our short time there. The Morning Breakfast was oustanding and above and beyond the one we had at a Sao Paulo Marriott on this same trip. We would highly recommend this hotel to visitors to Salvador. Staff were very capable in English with our 9 person group of one Brasilian speaker and 8 English speakers."

"Amazing staff, beautifully decorated hotel with loads of local art. Breakfast was voluminous and reflected local traditions and offered many options. It was great to be able to sit outside on a verdant patio in the shade with a breeze. Pool was beautiful. A/C room controllable. The only thing that was not perfect was the clear evidence of mildew/mold on the edges of the shower and shower nozzles. It's very easy to clean with vinegar in my experience. Not sure how it is missed. My colleagues mentioned the same."
